Any deviation from above without approval is cause for cancellation of this contract. A fee of $150.00

will reserve your booth space. Boerne Berges Fest will not supply electrical outlets or tents for the fest.

No booth may be set up before June 13^th, 2008 without prior approval from the concession committee.

disapprove any application that is deemed not in the best interest of the City of Boerne or Boerne Berges Fest.
