Boerne Berges Fest Food Booth Application

 

I am applying for concession space during the 2008 Boerne Berges Fest, June 13, 14, 15, 2008.

 This application must be submitted and verified by concessions Director Richard Schwarz by April 15th, 2008.

Any deviation from above without approval is cause for cancellation of this contract. 

A fee of $530.00 for one booth or $880.00 for two booths ($50.00 of this covers the deposit which

will be returned at the end of the fest.  The health permit is covered in the price of the booth).  There

will be no tickets sold at the festival; Vendors will need to set up to receive cash.  No booth may be set

up before June 13th, 2008 without prior approval from the concession committee.

 

Boerne Berges Fest will make every effort to meet your booth requirements.  We reserve the right to

disapprove any application that is deemed not in the best interest of the City of Boerne or Boerne Berges Fest.
